I went here for the first time because my brake pad sensor light came on. Excellent service and when they found out there were no problems with my brakes and was a glitch with the sensor, they did not charge me. Best car repair experience this 71 y/o has ever experienced.

I’ve been a customer with Auto Trust since the opening of the College Station location & I haven’t been disappointed once with their service. They have been very friendly & helpful. Today Brad took care of me, working hard and providing the upmost customer service experience. Brad even told me about some good fishing spots. Thank y’all.

I went there for the first time today they were awesome! I used to go to take 5 which has gotten so expensive. Priced very very good and has a student discount! They plugged 2 of my tires that had screw in them, rotated my tires, quoted me for new ones, and changed my oil all in a hour. The front desk guy was awesome to talk to and very helpful since I need new tires. Told me to shop around and find good prices and let him know. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back!

Dustin really helped me out and made me feel like family. I originally went in worried about a hissing sound and he took care of everything. They replaced my radiator, fixed a coolant leak, topped off my coolant, and also handled my brake pads and rotors. If you have any issues he will take care of you and make sure you’re good before you leave

Let me break it down for you on how to get your vehicle performing at peak operation: ask for Dustin. They respond with he’s not available? Refuse their answer. Then sign my petition to have him work at the Navasota location permanently. Link in bio. He saved my literal child (1978 f150 light blue 4WD automatic no biggie though)

I’ve come here multiple times, and I’ve sent friends here. They just do it better. They do it all and with a smile on their face. These guys have saved me with my auto problems and they’re super time efficient. If you ever do find yourself waiting they have a waiting area with wifi and air conditioning and it doesn’t smell like a mechanic shop! Seriously, give these guys your trust, and they will make your day.

I have never experienced the level of customer service, communication, transparency, and timeliness taking my vehicle to an automotive shop as I did at AutoTrust. Specifically, I needed to have numerous things fixed, including things I had no idea about until Dustin and his team found them. Dustin worked tirelessly with my service contract provider and kept me updated every step of the way. I’m just so thankful for AutoTrust and will ONLY use them in the future for all my automotive needs.
